Hello. My name is Mal Best. I am lucky enough to be a professional kids entertainer. I provide children’s party entertainment for Dublin, Kildare, Meath, and Westmeath. In fact, I service Dublin and all of the surrounding counties.

I will always arrive on time, bring everything required, and I don’t need much space to perform or electricity. I am adaptable and really easy to work with.
“How did I become a magician?” I hear you ask. Well, that really is Megan’s story!
I was drawn into magic by my then 4-year-old daughter, Megan. A few years ago, just before Christmas, we saw a lady magician at Dublin Airport. Megan was transfixed! Every time the lady asked for someone to help, Megan’s hand shot up! I wanted to enthrall her like that, so I made a mental note to try and learn some magic for her.
After months of trial and error, I put a very small show together. On Halloween night, I invited a few friends of ours to dress up and come to see my show. I was quite nervous but I gathered my courage and began the show. From the moment I started, Megan pulled out a colouring book and never looked at me once! Ow!
I guess I was just dear old dad. I couldn’t possibly be as exciting as that lady. Well that’s all changed!
I just kept trying to improve and now people think I’m a real “WIZ” at the magic.
